Installation and Operation

  • The laser housing is mounted by securing its clamps to the underside of the forklift forks and tightening from the top using M10×40 bolts.

  • The product is supplied ready for use with a pre-installed 5V rechargeable battery.

  • Two remote controls are included with the laser; both are programmed identically:

    • Press button A to turn the laser on (red line projection).

    • Press button B to turn the laser off.

  • The remote control operating range is 8–10 meters.

  • Remote controls use two 3V CR2016 coin-type batteries.

  • Depending on daily usage intensity, the system can operate for more than three days without requiring a battery change when turned on and off as needed during use.

  • With a fully charged battery, the system can operate continuously for 12–16 hours without being switched off. The battery can be replaced within 3–4 minutes.

  • Warranty period: Two years from the date of sale/invoice.
